Seiko participated in SGI with their distributors Graphic International, showcasing neon inks. Paresh Patel, director GIC says, “For the first time we are exhibiting heat transfer technology on textiles. This product from Italy-based Siser has been extremely popular with visitors. We, Graphic International are their Middle East distributors.” Adds Marco De Rossi, export sales manager of Siser, “Our research shows increased interest in heat transfer. We are one of the few companies producing in Europe and selling in China. The reason there is so much interest in the machine is that it is very fast, there are no minimal requirements, orders may range from 1 to 100 to 1000. Due to the economic crisis, quantities have declined, hence the need for such machines.”
