Website for Fespa expo 2020 event goes live

The new event website has gone live at www.fespa2020.com, providing exhibitors and visitors with all the information they require about the exhibition, venue and travel to Madrid.

The website features the 2020 event campaign theme, ‘Where Colour Comes Alive’, using vivid imagery of a colour splash blending the blue, orange and pink that signify the screen, digital and textile zones of the show.

The Fespa Global Print Expo 2020 campaign will build on the ‘Explosion of Possibilities’ theme of the 2019 Munich event, reinforcing the optimism and focus on the boundless opportunities that exist for speciality print service providers and sign-makers to develop, diversify and grow.

Deals sealed at Gulf Print & Pack 2019

Gulf Print & Pack 2019 ended on a high note as business deals worth millions of dollars were sealed during the bi-annual event.

Xerox, meanwhile, sold more than 6 Xerox Iridesse and 22 Versant 180 Press machines at the show. Among others were Afra International, who sold its lamination and packaging machines.

Vinsak at GPP 2019

Vinsak participated in the event and promoted Vinsak USAR 430 (Modular Slitter Re-winder) including VIS 1200 inkjet system for variable data printing,

Afra at GPP 2019

Afra participated again in the Gulf Print and Pack event and showcased their latest products during the show.

Speaking about the event, Vinay Krishnan, said, “Afra has been participating in the expo since 2005 and is a prominent exhibitor at this show. In this edition we showcased a wide range of packaging and print finishing equipment. Masonlite at GPP 2019

Masonlite Sign Supplies, took a last minute decision to participate in the Gulf Print and Pack 2019 and it proved worthy for them. It should also be noted that this was the first time they participated in the event. During the event they displayed UV flatbed printers, direct to garment printers, thermal label printers, eco-solvent printers & laminators and vinyl cutting plotters.

    The first ever 3D printing conference cum exhibition ‘3D Print UAE’ took place on 17th and 18th August 2015 at Dubai World Trade Centre, UAE which attracted a number of like-minded 3D Printing professionals from over 40 nations.

    3D Print UAE exhibition cum conference is a concept aimed at providing a broad scale platform for the manufacturing sector and consumer world across the ME region. 

    3D Print UAE gave an opportunity for the additive manufacturing experts from across the globe to converge on this regional platform to showcase their solutions, analyze the benefits and discuss the opportunities in the Middle East. It also provided the opportunity for a listen- in to first-hand experience from industry leaders, connect solutions for overcoming challenges in the field, and enhance the brand and  business portfolio. 

     Steffan Ritt, VP-head of global marketing and communications, SLM Solutions Group commented:  “Since, this is the first kind of event in this region, it has attracted less number of visitors. However, the visitors and participants were more positive. Overall, the show went fairly well for us but we would have been happier if the organizers promoted the event well in advance.”  SLM Solutions were one among the gold sponsors of the event.

    Most of visitors commented that these kinds of exhibitions and conference should be encouraged to create more awareness about the 3D printing in this region.
