The Navigator Company participated for the 7th time it the Paperworld Middle East event and unveiled the new Navigator UHD paper.

Speaking about their participation, António Quirino Soares, marketing director at The Navigator Company, said, “Middle East is quite easy for us to access and it covers Asia and East Africa. We have been developing our products which support our customers and channels. We keep very much focused on building and growing our relationship and expand customer base. During the event, we have unveiled Navigator UHD paper. This is an improvement to our navigator product. We are revising the quality of Navigator. We are keeping everything, which is there in the navigator but adding one additional feature which is improved printout quality in inkjet. We do provide a special surface quality. Our numbers in 2018 got increased and we do have a tissue, which is separate. We have also mixed our sales and around 70% of the sale comes from our own Navigator brand.  We are investing quite a lot in products and brands. We are revising our packaging of some of our products and we are planning to have new rime sizes. We have just invested in one new mill so that we can produce new GSM. On the graphical sector our new products will allow us to target Europe and other countries. Navigator high-speed ink paper is one product. We have enlarged our portfolio. We are introducing heavy weights as well. This year we are focusing on new product launches and in the second half we will be doing the marketing activities. We are very busy with the event and it’s a sign that people are coming to meet us.”
