New versatile cross cutter by Autoband

A new stand alone cross cutter has been developed by Autobond.

The CC76 – which can be utilised with any make of sheet-fed laminator or encapsulator – is the first machine the company has manufactured for use with competing products.

Duplo develops remote service diagnostics to upgrade DC-645

Duplo will be a step ahead of users’ service needs with a remote tool to speed up maintenance and boost reliability.

The e-tandem software, which will come as standard with its DC-645 slitter/cutter/creaser from September, was launched at Italian print trade fair Grafitalia.

The system monitors the DC-645 and feeds back information to Duplo, which compared e-tandem to engine management systems in cars.

The Qatar-based Gulf Publishing and Printing Company has purchased six post press machines from Heidelberg as part of its expansion plan.
