Al Dana Vision has announced that it would be launching a non-woven bag making machine, flexo printing machine and glitter machine under the brand name Xtreme. Al Dana Vision is a trading company of machineries on printing, packaging, digital, binding and finishing.

Explained Ammar Taha, MD - Al Dana: “The non-woven bag making machine can produce different types of bags with online handle attachment like box-type bag; flat bag with side gazette, D-cut bags, and T-shirt bags (U-cut). The minimum size of bag is 200 x 100 mm and maximum size is 580 x 800 mm with a maximum handle length of 550 mm. The production speed is 40-120 pcs/min. The 4-colour flexo printing machine is mainly used to print on non-woven materials (roll to roll) and is very economical. The printing width is 1160 mm and printing length is 180-990 mm, while the glitter coating machine is used for coating glitter to different substrates. Also, the glue applied substrate passes through the glitter coating machine and the excess glitter is cleaned and recycled and used. The machine can take 100 /70 sheets.”

He further added the importance of non woven bag, “The latest policies on environment protection promote environmentally safe alternatives to plastic, in particular plastic bags. Nonwoven bags are a step in the direction. Nonwoven bags can be recycled. So use of non woven bags will not only save trees, it will also appeal to your environment conscious customers.”
