KBA ups factory output after jump in sheetfed orders

Brother Gulf has announced the UAE launch of new desktop scanners–PDS-5000 and PDS-6000 suitable for ‘high volume’ scanning needs of SMB’s. These models support a USB 3.0 interface as well as speeds up to 60 pages per minute (PDS-5000) or up to 80 pages per minute (PDS-6000).

Plans have been revealed  in Dubai for the world’s first fully functional 3D printed building, Emirates 24/7 reported.

Mohamed Al Gergawi, the chairman of the UAE National Innovation Committee, said UAE aims to deploy the latest technologies to develop its economy in line with the country’s National Innovation Strategy.
