What does the machine do?
It’s a black and white digital production machine imageRUNNER 7086. It is a document publishing and communications multifunction device. It is internet ready with customisation capability and also has a laser dry electrostatic transfer system.

Why did you choose this particular machine?
We decided to enter variable data printing with transactional printing like telephone bills and statements. We were looking at volumes of 800 to 1 million copies per month and the iR7086 is the best choice to start with in order to meet our requirements. We have used other Canon machines and have always been satisfied with the company’s service and support. The speed and quality is up to the mark

TSK Perfect Binder

What does the machine do?
The TSK is a fully automated high-speed adhesive binding machine with 12 stations and a maximum signature size of 25 x 38cm.

Why did you choose this particular machine?
We needed an upgrade to our existing adhesive binding machine to cope with higher volumes and to meet tighter deadlines without compromising on quality. The TSK’s performance means this is now achievable.

What does the machine do?
Our Manroland Rotoman heat set web-offset machines are high-end commercial presses, capable of printing and folding 4 to 48 pages starting from 33gsm to 135gsm. In addition, the machine is also equipped with a sheeter facility for up to 250gsm. It is also equipped with Quick Start 2, which permits automatic pre-inking before press start-up.
